I'm a two-time founder, and Kinly was born from listening. Listening to brands struggling to find the right agency. Agencies looking for their next client. Creatives searching for full-time opportunities. Freelancers and fractional talent trying to land their next project. My first company, Oddity, was built to connect brands with the right marketing partners. But along the way, I realized something: behind every great agency and every successful campaign are incredibly talented people who often go unnoticed. Kinly was built for those people.
