Can local businesses grow online without paying commission on every order?

I'm building KHUSHI DELIVERY, a platform designed to help local businesses take their products online and connect with customers.

Traditional delivery marketplaces can charge businesses a percentage of every order. We wanted to explore a different approach.

Our model:

• 0% commission for eligible vendors who use their own delivery riders.

• PKR 313/month vendor subscription in Pakistan.

• $7/month vendor subscription for international vendors.

• PKR 27 per-invoice platform fee, where applicable.

The idea is simple: let businesses manage their own delivery operations while using a digital platform to reach customers.

We're starting in Pakistan and working toward making the platform useful for businesses in more markets.
