What signals do you wish you’d noticed earlier?

I built KeywordSentinel after a pattern kept repeating for me.

I’d stumble across conversations after the moment had passed:
someone asking for a tool,
complaining about a competitor,
or actively looking for alternatives.

The intent was there — just not visible in time.

We launched yesterday, and now I’m trying to pressure-test the idea.
