I built Keepsake to make the final handover of creative work less messy
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Arjun, the solo founder of Regentic, and tomorrow I'm launching Keepsake!
The idea came from a simple problem: finishing a creative project doesn't always mean the handover is finished. Feedback happens in messages, files are shared through different links, and it can become difficult to keep track of which version was approved and what was actually delivered.
So I built Keepsake to bring that final stage into one place.
With Keepsake, creative professionals can:
Share deliverables through a secure client-facing vault
Collect feedback and change requests
Track versions and record approval of the correct version
Unlock original files after sign-off
Generate an approval certificate documenting the handover
I've spent the past six months building this alongside school, and this is my first time putting the product in front of a wider audience.
I'm launching because I want to find out whether this solves a real problem for freelancers and creative studios, what I've missed, and what would make it genuinely useful.
If you work with clients on creative projects, I'd especially love to hear how you handle approvals and final delivery today.
Thanks for checking it out — feedback, questions and honest criticism are all welcome! 🚀
