KeepJam helps professional teams track time, plan shifts, and calculate salaries in one place. Employees log hours with a one-click timer, drag-and-drop calendar, or templates, then submit timesheets for fast salary or time exports to Excel or PDF. Managers can schedule shifts with tasks, locations, and instructions. The app has a clean UI with dark mode. Pricing is simple at $9 per user per month with no feature gating. I don't plan to add any AI features to this app.

Currently, time tracking software is dominated by big corporations. Many features are locked behind higher-priced plans, and the software is not nice to use. AI features are often crammed in out of hype to please big enterprise buyers. I wanted something to exist that is simple, with transparent pricing. Before launching KeepJam, I read many customer reviews of similar software, and there were many complaints about AI - people don't need it, and it raises the price of the software. In my opinion 2 groups of people are very excited about AI: big corporations and devs. I do not target them with KeepJam, so AI features don't make any sense.

@tytus_nawara congrats on the launch Tytus. what would you say your main usp is v things like toggl on one hand and webwork on the other?

@zolani_matebese I would say that KeepJam its simpler to use, and pricing is more straight forward. Toggl lacks shift planning, so I expect KeepJam to be nicer for classic, non-software teams. You can plan employee location, station, or give them a task to do. I am a huge fan of Toggl, but they lack some features that business like a restaurant, or a hospital needs.
