Hi everyone 👋 I built KeepEmp as a side project after noticing that most small teams don’t really have a simple way to track employee performance. From what I’ve seen, it’s usually either complex HR tools (too much) or spreadsheets (not enough). So I wanted something in between — simple, fast, and actually usable day-to-day. The focus was on: - quick employee ratings - tracking trends over time - consistent reminders - easy exports when needed I also used this project to explore how much faster you can build a real product with the help of AI — from idea to production.
