Kauzio - Decision intelligence for business, life, and code

by
Most important decisions are made on a hunch. No reasoning saved, no outcome scored. Kauzio is the decision layer. One engine, three doors in. Pulse gives retail and hospitality a second opinion on every big call, across 28 POS systems. Halo helps people make calmer personal decisions. Lumi puts decision intelligence in any app via one API. Every decision is argued against, simulated, scored on six axes, and signed into a certificate you verify forever, then revisited at 30, 90 and 365 days.

Hey PH! Jaswant here, co-founder of Kauzio. I kept watching operators make the same mistakes: rushing a hire at midnight, cutting a menu item they later reversed, signing a lease that quietly killed margin. Every one said "I knew at the time it felt off." The "felt off" never gets recorded. The decision does. So we built a system that records the decision with the doubt: the case for, the case against, a six axis risk score, a causal read on what really drives the outcome, and a signed receipt you can verify a year later. Then it checks back at 30, 90 and 365 days and asks the only question that matters: did it work? Three products, one engine. Pulse for retail and hospitality, plugged into 28 real POS systems. Halo for the personal calls that shape your life. Lumi for developers, one API call returns a verdict, risk, and a signed certificate. What we are honest about: we are six months in, two founders, no sales team, building in the open. Five sectors have hand built causal models, others fall back to general. UK GDPR registered, no SOC 2 yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. Ask me anything, especially the hard stuff.
