What's your biggest challenge with ISO certification?

ISO certification is one of the most document-heavy processes a small business can go through. In my 20 years as an ISO lead auditor, I've seen the same struggles repeatedly — generic templates that don't fit the sector, consultants that charge thousands, and audit prep that takes months.
