I built IsUserFriendly.com to solve my own problem. Over my 18 years leading product design and UX strategy, I found myself conducting the exact same foundational audits and spotting the exact same recurring issues across different clients. I needed a way to jumpstart my workflow with a consistent, repeatable process that instantly generated a baseline report. Doing this manually was taking time away from solving deeper, more complex design challenges. This may help my fellow design consultants, agency teams, and solo founders who need immediate, actionable insights on their user experience.
