What inspired you to build this? Financial and ESG reporting was stuck in a maze of disconnected tools — Word docs, Excel sheets, email trails, and manual XBRL tagging. We saw compliance teams losing hours to reconciliation and version control instead of focusing on accuracy and insight. What problem were you trying to solve? Regulatory filing was slow, error-prone, and heavily dependent on external consultants or filing agents. Teams needed one platform to collaborate in real time, automate XBRL/iXBRL tagging, and stay aligned with constantly evolving regulatory taxonomies. How did your approach or process evolve while working on this launch? We started with a strong XBRL/iXBRL engine, then expanded into full disclosure management — integrating Microsoft 365, ERPs, and source systems. As AI matured, we moved from generic automation to purpose-built AI trained specifically on real regulatory filings, making tagging and validation far more accurate.
