I built this because I kept losing money due to my own sloppy invoicing—missing payment terms, vague language, and even legal loopholes I didn't realize I was leaving open. It was frustrating, and I realized I wasn't the only freelancer struggling to get paid on time.
I wanted to create a simple, no-nonsense tool that acts as a "second set of eyes" before you hit send.
