Recruiter here: what do you wish resume checkers told you?

Hi, I'm Andrew, I work in tech recruiting.

One thing we see a lot: resumes that look fine as a PDF, but the text comes out jumbled when an ATS reads it (two-column templates, text boxes, contact info in the header). The candidate never knows why they don't show up in searches.
