Making new diagram-to-code tool
i'm ugur, a solo software engineer and the creator of solarch.
as developers, we all know the pain: you draw an architecture diagram, but the moment you start writing code in the ide, that diagram becomes completely useless. also, setting up the boilerplate—tables, dtos, and services—takes up 80% of our development time.
i built solarch to solve this.
it's a diagram-to-code platform powered by a strict rules engine so your visual map and your code always stay perfectly synchronized.
here is what you can do:
interactive ai mapping: draw your architecture yourself or let ai map it out for you.
deep node editing: go inside any visual node to edit specific methods, table columns, and relations.
code sync: instantly sync your interactive map into clean, structural nestjs boilerplate code.
automate the repetitive 80% of backend structural setup so we can focus on the complex engineering logic.
since i'm building this completely solo, i'd love to connect with the community here, get your honest feedback, and hear what frameworks or features you'd like to see next after nestjs!
let me know what you think!
