Hi everyone 👋

I’m Guilherme, from Portugal.

I’m not from the traditional startup world. My journey into building a product started from something very personal: my own experience with anxiety, panic attacks and the difficulty of understanding what was happening to me.

Over time, I realised how useful it would have been to have one simple place where I could record how I was feeling, notice recurring patterns, understand my progress and take small steps forward.

That experience eventually led me to create Confia, a mental wellbeing app focused on self-awareness, emotional patterns, gradual goals and community support.

I’m building and improving it independently, learning a huge amount along the way.

I joined Product Hunt to meet other makers, discover interesting products, learn from the community and get honest feedback from people who build and use technology every day.
