I'm Santhosh, an agency founder from India.

Quick story about me

For the last 2 years, I've been building websites, apps, and AI solutions for clients so every time we closed a new project, the same problem showed up: Client onboarding was a mess.

Requirements were scattered across WhatsApp, emails, Google Docs, Notion pages, and endless calls clients didn't know what information to provide(as they were not tech saavy) and me and y team spent hours chasing details instead of building.

I tried existing onboarding tools, but most felt bloated, expensive, or built for large enterprises. as a small agency owner, I wanted something simpler.

So I built OnboardHive.

OnboardHive helps agencies, freelancers, consultants, and service businesses collect client requirements through beautiful onboarding portals, forms, file uploads, questionnaires, and workflows all in one place.

The goal is simple:

Reduce back-and-forth communication.

Start projects faster.

Deliver a better client experience.

What started as an internal tool to solve my own onboarding headaches has now become a product that I hope can help thousands of service businesses save time and look more professional.

So i havent launched it on PH yet as i still need to finetune things and test it.
