I'm fascinated by the product decisions users never see.

I think software has forgotten how to be quiet.

Every year our products become more capable.

More features.

More notifications.

More conversations.

More answers.

I've started wondering whether capability and wisdom are drifting apart.

What should technology deliberately choose not to do?

What does it mean to build software that earns trust instead of demanding attention?

Can AI create space for reflection instead of trying to replace our judgment?

Those questions eventually led me to build ALCHM.

But more importantly, they've changed how I think about building software.

One of the reasons I'm excited to be part of the Product Hunt community is that it seems full of people who care just as much about the why as the what.

So I'd love to start with a question:
