Hi Product Hunt! I'm a product designer who just shipped an AI rental platform from 0 to 1

Hey Product Hunt 👋

I'm Vsevolod, a product designer with 2.5+ years across B2B and B2C. This past year I led the design of an AI-powered rental platform from scratch, iOS, Android, and Web, including AI features like smart property search and a pricing assistant. It was my first real 0-to-1 project, and the biggest lesson was how much of "AI product design" is actually just really disciplined UX work underneath.

Before that I worked on conversion-heavy flows: simplifying a credit application from two steps to one, redesigning mobile navigation to cut task completion time roughly in half. What surprised me most is how often the biggest wins come from removing steps rather than adding polish.

I'm currently exploring new opportunities and genuinely curious about the founders here: for those of you building AI products, how are you thinking about UX when the product itself is somewhat unpredictable by nature?
