Hi Product Hunt! I build everyday tools with a focus on privacy and clarity
Hi everyone 👋 I’m the maker of StampCam and CalcDelta.
StampCam started with something I noticed in both work and everyday life: people taking photos for attendance check-ins, construction-site records, or personal memories wanted an easier way to keep the time, place, and notes in the picture.
When I explored existing watermark camera apps, I felt privacy deserved more attention. That shaped StampCam, a camera app for iPhone and Android where capture, watermark rendering, and saving happen on the device.
I’m also building CalcDelta, a free calculator website. Its focus is making results easier to understand and check, with formulas, worked examples, and explanations. Whether you’re comparing compound interest scenarios or planning a running pace, you can see how the answer was calculated. No account required.
These are different products, but both involve details that matter when someone relies on a tool: what happens to their photos, or what assumptions sit behind a number.
I’d love to connect with other people building practical utilities and compare notes on those decisions.
If you build a small utility, what’s one detail you changed to help users trust it?
