I'm a solo developer in college, and I'm excited to finally jump into the PH community.

For the past few months, I was getting absolutely crushed by token costs whenever I fed massive logs or codebases to Claude and Gemini. I needed a way to optimize context, but existing tools were either too complex or just added another subscription.

So, I built a workaround for myself called PXINK. I noticed a massive pricing gap: AI models charge heavily for text tokens but offer cheap, flat rates for vision tokens. PXINK just turns massive text blocks into dense images directly in the browser. It forces the AI to use OCR, which actually cut my own API bills by about 60%.

I made it completely free, local, and open-source because I know how fast API burn rates can kill an indie project.

I'm mainly here to learn from veteran makers and connect with like-minded developers.
