Hi from Bagdadi Apps — building encryption tools solo

Hey everyone 👋

I'm the developer behind Bagdadi Apps, a solo project where I build encryption and privacy-focused software. My main focus has been RotorCrypt X (Windows), RotorCrypt X-Files, and RotorCrypt X-Mobile (Android) — a small ecosystem of apps that let people encrypt files and exchange encrypted messages without relying on any cloud service.

I got into this space because I wanted something that works completely offline, doesn't collect any data, and doesn't force users to trust a third-party server with their content. Building it alone has meant wearing a lot of hats: development, UI/UX, translations (now supporting 13 languages), and everything in between.

Since I'm building this mostly on my own, I'd genuinely love outside perspective: if you've used encryption or privacy tools before, what's one thing that always frustrates you about them? Any features you wish more of these apps had?
