My name is Kimberley, a CPA turned financial consultant turned founder. Alongside my COO, Richard, we built Maple Virtual Solutions after working with many businesses struggling to secure funding and get projects funding-ready.

After years of helping clients navigate funding challenges, we saw a pattern: funding sources rejected great ideas for reasons they didn't tell entrepreneurs. We knew those issues because we worked side by side with those same sources and relayed them to our clients.

It pushed us to ask, "If our funding sources are not telling founders why they're not getting funding, how could we bridge the gap so that projects could get fixed to then get funded successfully?" Founders and entrepreneurs were too frustrated about getting funding, and we couldn't stand by anymore. We needed to do something.
