G'day from Sydney — 25 years in major project delivery, now building Project Vitals
Hi everyone, Gordon here, based in Sydney. I'm the Executive Director at Glasgow Advisory & Consultancy, and I've spent 25+ years in project controls and delivery assurance on major Australian infrastructure, rail, road, water and energy programs.
After watching too many big projects slip on time and budget for the same avoidable reasons, the team at Glasgow Advisory built Project Vitals: a delivery-maturity diagnostic that scores a project across 8 domains (24 questions) and returns a clear health profile, plus practitioner toolkits to act on the weak spots.
I'm new to Product Hunt and mostly here to learn, to meet other founders and builders in B2B, project management and construction/infra tech before we do a proper launch. Keen to hear how this community approaches building and landing those first users.
To kick things off: in your experience, what's the earliest signal that tells you a project, or a product, is quietly heading off the rails?
Thanks for having me.
