I’m Anshika Verma, founder of GrowWise and creator of Omnix360.

I run a K–12 learning organization and have seen how difficult it is for tutoring teams to turn assessment results, tutor notes, and student performance data into clear instructional decisions.

We’re building Omnix360 as an instructional-intelligence platform that helps tutoring organizations identify learning gaps, recommend targeted interventions, track mastery, and maintain consistent instructional quality across tutors.

Anshika, the thing I would watch is that you have described four products.

Identify gaps. Recommend interventions. Track mastery. Hold quality consistent across tutors. Each one is a different buyer conversation and a different reason to churn.

We ran a catalogue like that for a while. One item in it was the reason anyone ever said yes. The rest was surface area we were paying to maintain. Cutting to that one thing was the best call we made all year.

Second thing. Tutors will not accept a recommendation that reads as a verdict on their judgment. Framing will decide adoption here more than accuracy does.
