Ex-teacher, currently learning how to construct things without code

Hi there Product Hunt. For the last nine years, I was teaching high school math, but I left the classroom this spring to start making things for teachers.

So my first project is just a basic grading tool that I built using Airtable and some automated processes. It's far from perfect, but currently, three of my former colleagues are using it on a weekly basis, and I'm still amazed by that. I learned most of what I know here, before even becoming a member.

How would you recommend meeting other makers like yourself who don't come from the tech background? And what would you tell someone building a product for educators?
