Hey everyone!
I just joined Product Hunt and really excited to be here.
My name is Emad and I’m a solo developer/indie hacker currently building a few projects and trying to learn everything about product building, launching, marketing, and growing products in public.
Still very early in the journey, but that’s what makes it exciting. Would love to connect with other builders and learn from people who’ve already been through the ups and downs of launching products.
I've got few questions:
What should a new indie hacker focus on first?
Where should I begin with product hunt? can I just post my project from get go?
Really appreciate if someone can hint me some entry points :)

Hey Emad! Great to see you on Product Hunt—welcome! 🎉 Starting out, I’d focus on building something people actually need and get early feedback before polishing. On PH, the best first step is to engage with the community: upvote, comment, and when you’re ready, launch with a clear value...prop and a short demo. You can definitely post early, just make sure you have a landing page or a minimal version to show. Good luck with your projects! If you’re up for it, I’m launching The Sponge soon—a tool that turns any web page into flashcards for spaced‑repetition learning.
