Claviq — AI receptionist that answers every HVAC call, 24/7
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Fatima, building Claviq.
Here’s the problem: HVAC companies lose jobs every day because no one picks up the phone.
Techs are on roofs. Owners are driving. The phone rings, hits voicemail, and the customer calls the next company on Google. That job is gone.
Most don’t even leave a message.
Claviq is a 24/7 AI voice receptionist for small HVAC teams (2–10 techs).
It answers every call, books jobs directly on the calendar, and knows when to escalate — like routing a gas leak to emergency instead of trying to handle it.
Why I’m building this:
I’ve tried different things before this. What I kept seeing wasn’t a lack of demand — it was lost demand. Small, boring moments where revenue quietly leaks.
A missed call is one of the simplest — and most expensive — leaks.
Still early. Testing real call scenarios, refining how the agent should think, speak, and decide.
If you’ve run a service business or built anything around calls/voice — I’d love your perspective:
What would make you trust an AI to answer your business phone?
And what would make you not?

The trust breaks for me at the escalation call, not the booking one. Booking a job wrong is low stakes, worst case someone reschedules. Routing a gas leak correctly is the one I'd want proof on before handing over the phone line, a real transcript of it catching an edge case and escalating right, not a demo. Small HVAC owners will trust the easy 80% fast. It's the other 20% that decides whether they keep you.
