Building VDF AI — on-premise AI agents for enterprise teams

I’m Suha Selçuk, founder of VDF AI and SysArt Consulting.

My background is in organizational transformation, systems thinking, and enterprise agility. Over the last years, I’ve worked with teams and leaders on how organizations actually improve — not only by adopting tools, but by changing how decisions, feedback loops, and delivery systems work.

With VDF AI, we are building an on-premise AI agent platform for enterprises.

The focus is on helping organizations use AI safely and practically inside their own environment, especially when they care about:

• data security and privacy

• AI governance and traceability

• private RAG over internal knowledge

• multi-agent workflows

• LLM routing and model selection

• regulated or enterprise-grade AI adoption

We started VDF AI because many companies want to use AI, but they cannot simply move sensitive data to public cloud tools or rely on uncontrolled AI experiments.

I’m here to learn from builders, founders, and product people — especially those working on AI infrastructure, enterprise software, agentic systems, and governance.
