"Building a port intelligence platform as a solo founder in Elma, WA — AMA"

Hey PH community,

I'm Bret — solo founder of CedarOS AI, building from Elma, Washington (population 3,000, one stoplight).

I'm launching two products next week:

• CedarPulse (June 17) — market intelligence for SMBs

• CedarOS AI (June 18) — port intelligence for port directors and harbor masters

The ports product is the one I'm most excited about. Port directors currently spend 70-135 minutes every morning manually assembling their intelligence brief from 5-7 different tools. We deliver it at 5 AM before they wake up — vessels, rail, weather, grants, compliance, all fused into one brief.

Built this solo with AI as my co-developer. Happy to talk about solo founding, maritime tech, AI-assisted development, or anything else.
