Bootstrapped UK founder building UploadPack

Hi everyone,

I’m Conor, a UK-based SaaS solopreneur and the founder of UploadPack.

My background is in YouTube strategy, SEO, content planning, analytics and helping creators make better publishing decisions. I built UploadPack after seeing the same problem repeatedly: creators have access to more data, dashboards and idea generators than ever, but many are still unsure what they should publish next.

UploadPack is designed to help solve that gap.

It reviews a creator’s channel, previous uploads, selected competitors, audience search behaviour and saved channel context. It then identifies opportunities worth investigating, explains the evidence behind them and turns the chosen direction into a complete publishing workflow.

Some of the areas I am focusing on include:

  • Finding opportunities without requiring the creator to begin with a topic

  • Identifying channel-specific audience, competitor and format gaps

  • Separating verified evidence from strategic judgement

  • Retaining channel goals, positioning, boundaries and performance lessons

  • Turning research into titles, thumbnail directions, hooks, descriptions and promotional assets

I am bootstrapping UploadPack personally, so I have had to remain disciplined about what gets built and why. My aim is not to create another tool that promises guaranteed views. I want to build a trusted decision-making platform that helps creators understand why an idea may be worth their time before they invest in producing it.

I joined Product Hunt to meet other founders, learn from people building thoughtful products and exchange honest feedback. I am particularly interested in connecting with:

  • Bootstrapped SaaS founders

  • Creator-economy and YouTube professionals

  • Product, growth and retention specialists

  • Agencies and channel managers

  • Investors with experience in vertical SaaS, creator tools or workflow software

I am open to thoughtful investment conversations, but I am equally interested in meeting founders who understand the realities of building, validating and growing a product with limited resources.
