Hey PH 👋🏾 I built Interruptly because I kept quitting habit apps. Not because I didn’t care, but because streaks made me feel like I “failed” after one bad day. Most habit trackers measure consistency. Interruptly measures patterns. Instead of just tracking whether you did something, it helps you see: • When you tend to slip • What triggers it • Your high-risk windows • How fast you recover • Your monthly stability trend The goal isn’t perfection.
