What small task still makes you open another website?
I’ve been building IntelliTools around a simple frustration: a lot of small digital tasks still mean searching Google, opening another website, learning another interface, and sometimes creating another account, just to get something simple done.
That led to IntelliTools: 40 focused tools for things like building AI prompts, redacting sensitive information, working with PDFs and images, creating invoices and QR codes, formatting text, generating passwords and handling everyday conversions.
But rather than just adding more tools, I’d like to understand where the friction actually is.
What small task still makes you stop what you’re doing and open another website or app?
It could be something you do every day, once a week, or just often enough to be annoying.
I’m especially interested in those 30-second to 5-minute tasks where the existing solution feels like overkill.
Would love to hear what comes to mind.
