Landlords: what happens when you miss a call from a potential tenant?

I'm building Integral Showings, an AI-powered phone receptionist for independent property owners, as part of Kyrova Holdings LLC.

Here's the problem I'm trying to solve: property owners often miss calls from potential tenants or buyers while they're working, driving, or conducting showings. Those prospects may simply move on to another listing.

Integral Showings is designed to answer property calls, handle common listing questions, qualify prospective tenants and buyers, and help coordinate showings.

I'm building this to make call handling easier for independent landlords without requiring them to hire a full-time receptionist.

I'd love to hear from landlords, real estate professionals, and other founders:

  1. How do you currently handle calls when you're unavailable?

  2. What's the most frustrating part of managing property inquiries?

  3. Would an AI receptionist be useful to you? What would it need to do well for you to trust it?

I'm especially interested in honest feedback about the problem and what would make a solution genuinely useful.
