We built Instaclean after seeing how difficult it can be to find reliable, vetted home-service professionals in Ghana. Customers often depend on referrals, inconsistent pricing, and providers they cannot easily verify.
Instaclean makes it easier to book trusted cleaners and other home-service professionals, schedule a service, pay securely, and manage everything from one platform.
We’re launching first in Accra and building toward a broader marketplace for cleaning, caregiving, pet sitting, Airbnb turnover, and other household services across Africa.

GPT-5.6 expanded Instaclean from a service-booking marketplace into an AI-assisted operations platform. Instead of shipping only booking and payments, we added an intelligent operations layer that can help our team investigate bookings, payments, provider performance, customer issues, and system failures through natural-language questions.
It also helped us move faster across mobile, web, database, and backend workflows while maintaining stronger validation, security, and error handling. This allowed us to ship a more ambitious product: not just an app that connects customers with cleaners, but infrastructure that can coordinate trusted household services across payments, matching, communication, support, and operations.
