Hey Product Hunt, Nicolas here. I built Insight for my own sites because I wanted real numbers without handing visitor data to Google or renting a SaaS forever. It ran privately for months, got good enough that keeping it to myself felt wasteful, so this week it is MIT licensed with a one-file Docker install. A few things I could not find together anywhere else: - A live 3D map of who is on the site right now, down to the city and the page. - Revenue from Stripe sitting next to the traffic, so I can see which channel actually pays. - A per-page log of every AI crawler, so I know what ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read on my pages. It is cookieless by default: nothing on the visitor's device, raw IPs never stored, so there is no consent banner to add. And there is no pricing page, you only pay for your own small server. Congrats on the launch, love that it's self-hosted and cookie-free. One thing that would make this even better for me is a built-in funnel builder so I can visualize how visitors move from landing page to Stripe checkout without needing to export events to another tool.

love the no-cookies angle, that's a huge plus. one thing i'd find really useful is a simple alert system where you can set rules like "ping me on slack if stripe revenue drops more than 20% compared to last week" so the dashboard isn't just something you check manually but actually tells you when something needs attention.

finally self hosted analytics that doesnt feel like a weekend project to set up, the real time map with referrer data alone makes it worth the install

A self-hosted option is huge, especially the no-cookies piece. One thing I'd love is a simple way to pipe events into my own Postgres so I can join sessions with data from my app for funnel analysis. Could you add a webhook or direct DB output option?

great product - but how does it compare to posthog ?
