I'm all about direct connections. Could you tell me more about the user experience? How easy is it to engage with candidates and gauge their fit for specific roles?
Good question! Engaging with candidates it pretty straight forward, as there's not much in-between from our side. You at least get a candidate's email address and an external pointer e.g. to a LinkedIn profile (email + 1 ext. link minimum are required for every profile). Many list their GitHub, Website, or even Hackerone and/or Bugcrowd profiles especially for those in the pentest/bug hunting space. The talent search lets you filter for experience level, region and skills/tags as well to get a quick overview of all the relevant candidates on the site.
