Really interesting idea: recruitment through crowdsourced referrals from people in the actual industry (rather than recruiters watching it), taking smaller recruitment fees but passing them straight to the referrer, instead of a recruiter.
We're currently burning about 20% of the salary for each new hire on recruiters (UK), it's a massive pain, I've waiting for somebody get rid of recruitment agents for years :-).
