What's the hardest part of launching as an indie maker?

Hey everyone, I'm the maker of IndieLaunch 👋

I started IndieLaunch 3 weeks ago as a simple place where indie makers can launch their products for free and get a dofollow backlink.

Since then 120 products have launched on it, with 9 to 10 new ones every day, and the site is already at DR 25.

I want to make it better for makers, so I'm curious:

What's the hardest part of launching for you? Getting the first users, getting feedback, getting backlinks, or something else?

And if you've launched on IndieLaunch, what would you change?
