by•
Compress, resize, convert and clean up images in your browser. Every tool is also a REST API, an SDK and an MCP server, so scripts and AI agents can use them. Scan a whole website and fix its heavy images. No ads. Free to start.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Faheen, the maker of ImageCompressor. I built this because every image site I used did one thing, buried the tool under ads, and had no way to run it from a script or an AI agent. What it does - Compresses, resizes, converts and crops images, and removes backgrounds. It reads many input formats, including RAW, PSD and PDF. - It has a REST API, a TypeScript SDK on npm and an MCP server. Claude, Cursor or your own script can compress images the same way you do on the site. - The Website Optimizer scans a whole site page by page, finds the heavy images and gives you the optimized files in a ZIP. - Pipelines let you chain steps and run them over a batch. How it's built - Processing runs on our own server, not a third-party service. Your images never go to another company. - Uploads aren't stored. Compressed results are kept only if you ask for a URL, and only for an hour. - There are no ads, on the free plan or on Pro. Pricing: the free plan covers the core tools. Pro is $7 a month or $39 a year, and it adds pipelines, batch jobs and higher limits. I'd love your feedback on: 1. Which tool should I improve first? 2. If you use the API or MCP, what would make it a no-brainer to wire into your workflow? I'll be here all day answering questions. Thank you for looking!
