Hi Product Hunt! I’m the maker of iGenFlow. We built iGenFlow because workflow documentation still feels more manual and frustrating than it should be. A lot of tools can capture steps, but in practice teams often need more: better editing, clearer structure, protection for sensitive information, and sometimes a quick video explanation instead of only static screenshots. That’s what we wanted to improve. iGenFlow lets you capture workflows flexibly, edit screenshots and text as you go, organize everything with headings, outlines, rich formatting, blur tools, and AI-assisted writing — then generate a quick walkthrough video from the same Flow. We also made sensitive information protection a free built-in feature, because blur should be standard, not premium. A big part of our work has been polishing the small things that make the product feel better in daily use: cleaner PDF exports with less wasted space, one-click video frame capture, scrolling screenshots, single-file HTML export for convenient offline sharing, and a more reliable recording experience even under weak or interrupted network conditions. So yes, we are in a similar category to step-by-step documentation tools — but our goal is to make the final output more complete, more usable, and more carefully crafted for real workflows.
