The idea started with a simple observation: thousands of students have valuable skills in design, development, writing, video editing, AI, and marketing—but most struggle to land their very first client.

Existing freelance platforms work well for experienced professionals, but they’re often intimidating for beginners. Students compete against freelancers with years of experience, hundreds of reviews, and established portfolios.

That’s why we built Hustlance—a student-only freelance marketplace where verified students can gain real-world experience, build their portfolios, and earn while studying. At the same time, businesses get access to motivated, affordable talent.
