How do you currently turn scattered ideas into actual next actions?

That’s one of the core problems HumanBoard is trying to solve. A lot of tools are good at helping people capture notes, save links, or collect thoughts, but the harder part is turning all of that into clarity, structure, and momentum.

I’m curious how other people deal with that gap in their own systems. Do you struggle more with collecting too much and organizing too little? Prioritizing what matters? Or keeping momentum once the initial excitement wears off?
