👋 Hi everyone!

This is Cynthia, a developer of Howis self-reflection. Howis is a self-care and networking tool for us to reflect on ourselves and connect to others.

We acknowledge that in this fast-moving world, most people don't have time to sit down and write a diary. Therefore, we provided this tool for people to have a lightweight way to reflect on the small things in their lives with a simple happy/meh/sad face sticker.

The stickers can be kept private or shared with friends and family members who did it together, and they can reflect on that, too. The stickers can also be applied to recursive events (routines) so people can see the trends of how they are doing throughout time.

Howis was initially a paper spreadsheet I used myself (with physical stickers) to track my life, and to share with kids to know their thoughts. It has turned into a more functional software product now.

And Howis has its web portal and iOS app (Android app coming soon), so it can meet the users everywhere.

Please let me know your comments/feedback on it. Thanks!
