If people paid to write to you, what would they ask? And what would you charge?

Hi! I'm Saloni from Hotly. We launch here on Wednesday, 21 Oct.

Hotly is an inbox where people pay to send you a note, and you reply when it suits you. Stripe pays you directly. It's open source (run it free on your own server) or we host it, 30 days free.

Before launch day, I'd love to hear from you:

1. What do people already ask you in your DMs that you'd happily answer for a price?

2. What would you charge? Our sample career coach takes $100 for "help me pick between two job offers". Our defaults are $5 to $15 a note.

3. Self-host or hosted: which would you pick, and why?

We read every reply, and the answers will shape our defaults.
