Some notifications can't wait: your driver is outside, someone texts "urgent", production is down. On iPhone they arrive as the same quiet banner as everything else, and on Silent or in a Focus you miss them.
Until now no app could fix that, because iOS never let an app see other apps' notifications. iOS 27 added a Shortcuts trigger, "When I receive a notification", and Hotline is built on it.
You add one automation that forwards notifications from the apps you choose. Hotline matches them against your channels and rings a real alarm, the same kind as the Clock app's, so it gets through Silent and Focus.
