HireSalt is for recruiters and hiring managers who get a few hundred resumes for one role and have a day to make a shortlist.
How it works:
1. Paste the job description. HireSalt drafts a scorecard from it, and you edit it before anything is scored.
2. Upload the resumes (PDF or DOCX).
3. You get a ranked list. Every criterion score comes with a written reason, so you can check why someone ranks where they do instead of trusting a number.
A few things we decided early:
- You pay per resume, and credits never expire. A file HireSalt cannot read gets its credit back.
- The tool ranks and explains. The hiring decision stays with you.
- Pricing is in INR and built for teams in India first.
