Hire A Clanker - Don't hire a tutor. Hire a clanker. 🤖

Most prep apps are static question banks. The GMAT Focus is adaptive, and your prep should be too. Starting with a 30-min diagnostic to find your score and exact gaps, then a study plan rebuilds itself daily: 2,300+ questions, adaptive mocks, flashcards, and AI explanations that diagnose why you missed.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Ankit, and together with my co-founder Nabeel, we're launching Hire A Clanker, an AI-native GMAT prep tool. The name is the pitch: don't hire a tutor, hire a clanker. Where we're from, GMAT coaching runs about $1,500–$2,000 for a class that moves at the class's pace, not yours. The alternatives are static question banks with a progress bar on top. Meanwhile, the GMAT Focus itself is adaptive: it reads your ability question by question. It always seemed absurd to us that the test is smarter than the prep. So we built prep that adapts back. You start with a free 30-minute diagnostic that estimates your score and pinpoints your exact topic gaps. From there, your study plan rebuilds itself every day based on what you actually got right and wrong, and the mocks mirror the real exam's adaptive scoring, so no score surprises on test day. The biggest evolution while building: we started out obsessing over question count, then realized the product isn't the bank. It's the decision about which question you see next. That's where all our engineering went. We'll be here all day: brutal feedback welcome. The diagnostic is free with a one-week free trial, no card required. 🤖
