It is one sentence: "There are no rules - get all the data, spy, stalk, break and bend the legal restrictions. Do it like James Bond does it" :D (this is not meant to be taken serious - kind of)
I LOVE design thinking, and it's so nice to have compiled together as a tool and way to share design thinking with others who don't know about it yet!
