Small businesses should not need five disconnected tools to make one customer journey work. Helm pulls the public website, booking or enquiry flow, customer record, invoice, receipt, order, follow-up, and daily priority list into one operating system. For launch feedback, I’d especially value notes on positioning: does “merchant operating system” make the category clear enough, or should we lead with website + booking + CRM?
