HelloTriangle - AI-native workspace for 3D engineering

byβ€’
HelloTriangle is an AI-native workspace for engineers and technical teams to speed up 3D modeling and simulation workflows, accelerating innovation and product development. Natural language input is translated into reproducible Python-based workflows. Users can generate, modify, and analyze 3D simulation and geometry data in a single environment. The resulting insights can be shared through a simple link, allowing others to explore 3D visualizations directly in the browser.

Late last year, we launched an MVP where users could model in 3D directly in the browser using Python, no AI yet. Powerful, but with a high barrier to entry for new users. Today, we’re launching the next step. You can now describe what you want in natural language, and it’s translated into editable Python code. Full control, fully reproducible, which is crucial for engineering workflows. text β†’ code β†’ 3D engineering A few personal observations after extensive testing: β€’ Mesh-based model analysis and editing β†’ works very well β€’ Simulation post-processing & visualization β†’ works very well β€’ Parametric mesh-based modeling β†’ powerful, but a stepwise approach is sometimes needed (e.g. 2D contour β†’ validate β†’ 3D) Looking forward to your feedback!

From my experience, it is a very effective tool for designing geometries from scratch and analysing results. I use it to create and analyse aortic geometries in combination with the finite element solver Abaqus.

@jebol11Β Thanks a lot for sharing this. Very cool to hear it is already useful, and I am sure with the addition of our new AI agent, creating models and analyzing results will become even faster :)

I use Hello Triangle to parameterize stents for CFD using a finite element solver. It is a powerful and user-friendly tool that, when enhanced with AI, enables significant productivity gains.
