I built Hearsay because I was tired of watching user research turn into 90% admin. Recruiting, sending out Zoom links, chasing down recordings, copying notes into spreadsheets. The actual talking-to-users part was the smallest slice of my week.

So Hearsay is a research ops platform that handles the logistics for you. One link to recruit, screen, book, remind, record and transcribe your interviews, plus an Assistant that joins every call automatically and writes it up.

It's still early and I want to make it genuinely great, so honestly, I'd love for you to try and break it.
